This has been a coaching inn since 1737, and both food and wine respect Burgundian tradition. In summer there’s a lovely, chestnut-shaded courtyard in which to dine; in cooler months a log fire roars in the beamed dining room. Veal sweetbreads with truffles are among the classics served here.
