Chef Mathieu Mazoyer has transformed a village bistro in a pretty house on the square into a destination restaurant with his inspired cooking, including some imaginative ‘terre-mer’ (surf-turf) combinations such as breast of veal with a tartare of whelks. The vaulted wine cellar offers tastings from their exceptional wine list.
