Villa Loiseau is the more affordable, but still dazzling, alterative to the gastronomic temple that is the three-star Relais Loiseau in Saulieu. It’s attached to the gorgeous Villa Loiseau des Sens spa, but this doesn’t mean you can’t be a gourmand. Guinea fowl, braised in red wine with Comté polenta, hazelnuts and rocket, is among many mouthwatering indulgences on the menu.
